2. Ownership

Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the design, not ownership of the original design.

You may:

- Use the logo for commercial activities
4. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the logo files as standalone products
- Share or distribute original files to third parties
- Claim authorship or copyright ownership of the design
- Register the logo as an exclusive trademark without significant modification (if applicable under local trademark law)
- Use the design for illegal, harmful, or offensive activities
5. Exclusive Rights
Unless explicitly stated, all licenses are non-exclusive. This means the same logo design may be sold or licensed to other customers.
Exclusive rights must be purchased separately if offered and clearly stated in product descriptions.
6. Modification Rights
Customers may edit or modify purchased designs for branding purposes. However, modified designs still remain subject to this license and cannot be resold as design products.
7. Intellectual Property Protection
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of our digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Termination
This license will automatically terminate if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the licensed files.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising from misuse of the licensed product.
10. Updates to License Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify this License Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China unless otherwise required by local regulations.
